DRAM Bitline as A Delay Path for Potential PUF.

摘要
The Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) exploits the physical variation of the underlying device to generate a unique value that can be used as the device signature or a secure key. Most DRAM-based PUFs violate one or more operating rules of the commodity DRAM, which turns it into a source of entropy. This work proposes a new DRAM-based PUF approach that is based on evaluating the variation of adjacent cells and implicitly producing the response by the normal read operation. The simulation results prove the model’s functionality by achieving 53.8% for bit aliasing.
