摘要

We have investigated the performance of an InAs quantum dots colliding pulse mode-locked laser with 100GHz comb spacing. This laser shows temperature reliability up to 80 °C, with an extrapolated lifetime of over 20 years under the stress condition with doubled threshold current at 80 °C.
