摘要

A small area waveguide photodiode is designed, which can achieve stable and uniform photocurrent, photocurrent fluctuation $< 0.05\text{dB}/\mu\mathrm{m}$ , response 0.5A/W, and meet the requirements of high speed and high power operation.
