摘要
Mycorrhizal fungi and microbial community play crucial roles in soil carbon (C) cycling within forest ecosystems. The various types of mycorrhizal fungi have distinct effects on the decomposition of soil organic C, primarily through their interactions with microbial members. However, there is currently a lack of understanding regarding the linkages between mycorrhizal types and microbial properties such as microbial keystone taxa and functions. In this study, we investigated the impact of converting ECM-dominated forests to AM-dominated forests on bacterial and fungal community composition, keystone taxa and potential functions by high -throughput sequencing. The ECM fungal biomass in broadleaved forest soils showed a decrease of 45.07
