摘要

•The BRAF p.V600E mutation is frequent in ameloblastoma.•The presence of circulating-tumour DNA in ameloblastoma patients remains untested.•We used liquid biopsy-based analysis by ddPCR to assess the BRAF mutation in cfDNA•Ameloblastoma plasmas were negative for the detection of the BRAF mutation in cfDNA.
