Coordinated Scheduling Strategy of Emergency Resources to Enhance Interdependent Power-Gas System Resilience Prior to Disasters

The trend of integrated energy utilization of multi-energy synergy and mutual benefit makes energy systems more interconnected and interdependent. Proactive scheduling and deployment of emergency resources before the onset of extreme weather can greatly reduce the impact of extreme weather on the integrated energy system and enhance the resilience of the energy system. Therefore, this paper takes a typical integrated energy system of power-gas interconnection as the object, and proposes a pre-disaster cooperative scheduling strategy for emergency resources. Specifically, the joint failure rate of the lines is calculated according to the disaster prediction information, and the set of lines to be strengthened is screened. The fuel exchange process among fixed/mobile generators, mobile gas storage tanks and gas pipeline network is analyzed, and the constraint conditions are established. Aiming at the maximum supply of power and gas load after disaster, a mathematical optimization model considering line reinforcement, fixed/mobile generators, and mobile gas storage tanks is established, and the non-convex pipe network constraints of natural gas network are convex relaxed to achieve efficient solution. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in improving the resilience of interconnected energy systems.
