Development of single-cell transcriptomic atlas of human plasmacytoid dendritic cells from people with HIV-1

Many immunological treatment strategies for reducing the HIV-1 reservoir and enhancing adaptive immunity aim at activating the human plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs).
