Electrochemical Aptamer-based Sensor Construction on Functionalised Graphitic Carbon Nitride Screen Printed Carbon Electrode
2023 IEEE International Conference on Sensors and Nanotechnology (SENNANO)(2023)
摘要
In this study, graphitic carbon nitride (mGCN) was prepared from melamine and then functionalised with carboxyl groups using a simple grafting post-treatment method. It is then applied for the fabrication of anatoxin-a (ATX) specific aptamer on a screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE). The functionalised mGCN matrix (COOH-mGCN) provided a favourable environment for the immobilization of the ATX aptamer and conducting material for electron transfer from the electrolyte to the electrode. The structure of prepared COOH-mGCN was characterized by employing fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Layer-by-layer fabrication of the aptasensor was electrochemically analysed. The performance of the aptasensor fabricated showed a peak current of 147 μA and resistance of 0.84 kΩ.
