Protocol to build a drug-testing pipeline using large populations of Drosophila melanogaster

As a small animal that recapitulates many fundamental aspects of human disease, Drosophila lends itself to probing the biological activity of molecules and drug candidates. Here, we present a protocol to build a drug-testing pipeline in Drosophila.
