基于清浊理论运用升清降浊法治疗原发性头痛理论探讨

摘要
本文通过探讨升清降浊法的源流和内涵,总结升清降浊法治疗原发性头痛的理论基础及临床应用.认为头痛病机总属不荣则痛和不通则痛;升清降浊法可使精微上升,脑窍得养;浊邪下降,脑窍清明.临床应用升清降浊法,通过健运脾胃,疏肝理气,调畅气机,助清阳上荣,引浊阴下降以治疗原发性头痛,可为临床治疗原发性头痛提供新的思路.
