Adaptive Virtual Inertia Control Strategy Based on Multilevel Matrix Modular Converter

摘要
The inability of wind power to participate in system frequency regulation leads to a decreasing system inertia in offshore wind power systems. This paper proposes an adaptive virtual inertia control strategy based on multilevel matrix modular converter (M3C) in order to improve the frequency modulation capability of the frequency-divided offshore wind power system. This strategy not only enhances the inertia support capability of M3C, but also ensures its sustained support.
