摘要
A nanodrug delivery platform based on naturally bioactive (anticancer active) small molecule compounds combined with photosensitizers and sorafenib. Here, we have developed a method for the preparation of tumour microenvironment (TME) stimulated reactive nanodrug delivery platforms for fluorescence imaging, cancer co-treatment and targeted therapy. Asparagine can cross the blood-brain barrier and is degraded at a high rate in brain tissue to asparagine, which is a ligand for $B z$ receptors in brain cell membranes. Co-assembled with triterpene compound OA to improve BBB penetration efficiency. It is loaded with the small molecule inhibitors sorafenib and Ce6, which have dual anti-tumour effects. While Ce6 can be used as both a fluorescent reagent for ex vivo tracing, this study has developed a nano-loading platform with multifunctional brain targeting, chemotherapy and imaging.
