摘要
Efficiently capturing and detecting alpha-synuclein (alpha-syn) in the bloodstream is crucial for early Parkinson's Disease (PD) diagnosis. In this study, we achieved efficient alpha-syn detection using electrochemical methods with Mg-based micromotors containing Fe3O4/GOx nanoparticles (NPs) and anti-alpha-syn antibodies. Leveraging the asymmetrical structure of the micromotors, we significantly improved the movement range of the magnesium (Mg) microsphere within the blood environment. By harnessing its enhanced motility in blood, we achieved efficient capture of alpha-syn in whole blood. Moreover, we developed an electrochemical detection device capable of detecting captured alpha-syn and amplifying the current signal through GOx's catalytic activity. This novel strategy offers potential insights for early PD detection and timely treatment.
