摘要
In this work, (Fe, Cr)2B, TiC and TiB2 were respectively introduced to the high-Manganese heat-resistant steel by in situ solidification method. It shows that the second-phase particles can be selectively oxidized prior to the steel matrix during the initial stage of oxidation, which promotes the formation of a dense Cr2O3 scale and inhibit the occurrence of internal oxidation as well as the formation of nodule oxide. A novel mechanism, so-called "reactive particle effect" was proposed to illustrate the beneficial effects resulting from the second-phase particles.
