摘要
To make 2D materials appealing for several applications at high technology readiness levels, requirements such as high-quality, scalability and contamination control have to be satisfied. In this talk, I will discuss scalable growth of high-quality graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides via chemical vapor deposition (CVD) [1–3] and discuss how these scalable 2D materials can be adopted to develop novel quantum platforms [4, 5] and in industrial applications, from integrated optical photonics [6, 7], to power distribution [8].
