Neuromorphic Vision Processors: Architectures, Techniques, and Challenges

This article provides an overview of neuromorphic vision processors, with a focus on frame-based and event-based types. It compares their architectures, image sensing techniques, and image processing algorithms. The article also introduces two representative processors, highlighting their advantages. Finally, the challenges of developing reconfigurable processors using LSI technology are discussed.
