摘要

Herein, we designed and constructed functional upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs@SiO 2 -ThS), which can not only inhibit the aggregation of Aβ42 monomers, but also disassemble Aβ42 fibrils under the irradiation of near-infrared (NIR) light.
