摘要
In order to use tin oxide as an anode active material for a lithium ion secondary battery, a tin composite oxide of SnOx-TiO2 was prepared to use TiO2 as a buffer material. In order to prepare the tin composite oxide, the sol-gel method was used, which had the disadvantage of low yield and the need for a separate drying time for the sample, but had the advantage of uniform distribution of particles. The obtained sample was subjected to heat treatment after mixing and pulverization. TGA analysis was performed to determine the heat treatment temperature. XRD and SEM analyzes were performed to determine the surface and crystallinity of the particles. The obtained samples were analyzed for cycle characteristics and charge/discharge characteristics using Maccor's series-4000 device for electrochemical performance evaluation.
