Prognostic factors analysis of diffuse midline glioma

This study retrospectively analyzes cases of diffuse midline glioma treated with radiotherapy, with the aim of investigating the prognosis of the tumor and its influencing factors. From January 2018 to November 2022, we treated 64 patients who were pathologically diagnosed with diffuse midline glioma. Among them, 41 underwent surgical resection, and 23 underwent biopsy procedures. All patients received postoperative radiotherapy. We followed up with the patients to determine the overall survival rate and conducted univariate and multivariate analyses on relevant indicators.
