Copper Increases the Sensitivity of Cholangiocarcinoma Cells to Tripterine by Inhibiting TMX2‐Mediated Unfolded Protein Reaction Activation (Adv. Healthcare Mater. 26/2023)
Advanced Healthcare Materials(2023)
摘要
Chemotherapy Resistance Chemotherapy resistance is a big problem in treating cancer. In article 2300913, Yun Zhu, Lei Wang, and co-workers develop CuET-Lipid@Cela, in which copper inhibits Cela-induced UPR activation by reducing the translation efficiency of GRP78/BiP and find that the TMX2 gene may play an important role. Combination therapy is effective in a mouse model of CCA. The results highlight the potential of CuET targeting the TMX2/GRP78/BiP axis to overcome chemotherapeutic resistance in CCA.
