Oxide thin films grown using spin-coating methods

The sol-gel method employing the spin coating technique is an appealing, well-known, and low-cost method for obtaining films of various materials as well as producing low-cost large-area films. The dependence of different properties and effective parameters of oxide thin films on the growth technique has been reviewed in this chapter, with an emphasis on their applications as optoelectronics devices and defect induced ferromagnetism.
