Introduction Cerebral and ophthalmic artery (OA) Doppler waveforms show a biphasic systole with a primary and a secondary peak, P1 and P2. Recent studies highlighted the potential of OA Doppler as a tool for preeclampsia (PE) prediction and monitoring [Diniz 2022, Nicolaides 2022]. The best performance showed P2 amplitude and the P2/P1 ratio.
