摘要
Abstract This chapter builds on the role of leadership in change management and explores the ways in which change management occurs through development of skills throughout the organization to support change processes. It explains the role of essential change agents at the individual, interpersonal, organizational, and community levels. Using examples of change management efforts, the chapter provides an overview of various models for change management. The examples show successful change and the skills and components that supported that change, including key organizational components that provide a sound foundation for an environment ready for change.
