摘要

Recently, germline BRCA1/2 (gBRCA) testing (BRACAnalysis) has been approved. Maintenance olaparib therapy can be used after platinum-based chemotherapy for unresectable pancreatic cancer (PC) with gBRCA mutation. In this study, we investigated the frequency of gBRCA mutation and treatment outcomes of olaparib in clinical practice.
