摘要
We hypothesized that patients with history of atheromatous cardiovascular disease (ACVD) associated with tobacco consumption are at risk of lung cancer (LC). The main objective was to assess LC prevalence among patients with ACVD and history of tobacco consumption by using low-dose chest computed tomography (LD-CT) or recent existing CT analyzed in an intent to screen. Secondary objectives included the description of LC screening (LCS) eligibility and the evaluation of LCS outcomes after a first round.
