摘要
Abstract Palmitic acid (PA) is a critical signal that regulates the metastasis of melanoma. Cytokines play a crucial role in the occurrence and development of tumors. IL-17A promotes fatty acid intake, but its impact on fatty acid metabolism has not yet been elucidated. The present study aimed to investigate the synergistic effect of IL-17A and PA on the expression of CPT1A. The results showed that IL-17A cooperates with PA to increase the p-ATF2(T71), which can target the transcription of CPT1A. These findings indicated that IL-17A cooperates with PA to participate in developing pATF2 (T71)-CPT1A-mediated melanoma.
