Treatment Strategy, Surgical Technique, and Clinical Outcome for Cavernous Sinus Meningioma

Objective: The resection of meningiomas around the cavernous sinus involves risk of injury to cranial nerves, especially for the meningiomas invading cavernous sinus, optic sheath, and oculomotor cave. Therefore, radical resection of such meningiomas is still challenging. In this presentation, we show the surgical strategies and techniques with intraoperative video, also clinical outcome.
