摘要
Cellullar Therapy Manufacturing T cells moving through a microfluidic device are electroporated in continuous-flow for high-throughput cellular therapy manufacturing, as reported by Vishal Tandon and co-workers in article 2300275. The combination of high throughput and high performance enables the scale of processing required for future “off-the-shelf” allogeneic cellular therapies.
