Double Random PWM Method of DC-DC Chopper Converter Based on WELL Look-Up Table Method

Aiming at the electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic noise of DC-DC chopper converter, based on the analysis of random PWM operation mechanism, a double random pulse width modulation method of DC-DC chopper converter based on WELL lookup table method is proposed. The method uses WELL look-up table method to randomly determine the carrier period and carrier slope, so as randomly distribute the switching frequency and pulse position of DC-DC chopper converter, and reduce the harmonic power peak near the integer multiple of switching frequency. Compared with the traditional single random PWM method, this method has better randomness, and the algorithm is simple and easy to implement. Finally, MATLAB/Simulink software and experimental prototype are used to verify the correctness and feasibility of the method.
