ARID1A mutations are frequent in clear cell ovarian cancer (CCOC), endometrioid ovarian cancer (EOC), and endometrioid endometrial cancer (EEC). The goal of this study was to explore the relationship between tumor ARID1A mutations with associated molecular alterations, the immune microenvironment, DNA repair, and signaling pathways, as well as treatment-related clinical outcomes.
