Oncological Outcomes After Uniportal Versus Multiportal Thoracoscopic Lobectomy for Lung Cancer Patients

Uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (U-VATS) has been gaining popularity and recognized as an alternative to multiportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (M-VATS) for lung cancer surgery. However, limited oncological data are available after U-VATS versus M-VATS. This study aimed to compare the long-term oncological outcomes between U-VATS and M-VATS lobectomy for lung cancer patients.
