摘要
Surgical resection remains the standard of care for stage I non-small cell lung cancer. However, recurrence following surgery occurs in 10-30% of these patients and five-year disease-free survival is 50-80%. The aim of this study was to identify clinicopathologic and genomic features associated with recurrence following surgery for pathologic stage I lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD).
