Synthesis and Investigation of C60H40FeN8O8S4 thin Films for Photocatalytic degradation of organic dye

Abstract In this study, different experimental conditions is used to investigate the physical characteristics of new 4-Tetra-4-Tolyl-Sulfonyl: Iron-Phthalocyanine (4T4TS-FePc) thin films. The structural, morphological, and optical properties of 4T4TS-FePc thin films were then determined using a range of results. The majority of the material's properties indicate to its ingrained tendency to act as a photocatalyst, which is supported by the speed at which MB degrades under ultraviolet-visible light and may be suitable for applications aimed at wastewater treatment.
