Giant transverse thermoelectric effect induced by topological transition in polycrystalline Dirac semimetal Mg₃Bi₂

A topological transition induced a giant transverse thermoelectric effect in polycrystalline Mg 3+ δ Bi 2 :Mn 0.1 , which is comparable to state-of-the-art single-crystal transverse thermoelectric materials.
