Engineered nanomaterials for water treatment
Elsevier eBooks(2023)
摘要
The pressing need for advanced, yet cost-effective water treatment has led to the development of a wide range of engineered nanomaterials (ENMs), from carbon-based to metal and metal oxide nanomaterials, and including novel structures such as metal organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs). ENMs have been developed to treat conventional water pollutants as well as emerging contaminants, and address new challenges. In this article we provide an overview of the current literature on a wide range of ENMs as well as several major classes of water contaminants.
