The Framework Design of Electronic Health Card in Regional Medical System

The electronic health card is a virtual card application promoted by the National Health Commission. It is a virtualization of the original physical residents’ health cards, promoting the transformation of health card applications from “offline entities” to “online virtualization” and optimizing workflows, so that to ensure data security, reduce card issuance costs, and expand coverage. This paper proposes the framework design of electronic health card in regional medical system, which aims to affiliate the end user such as regional medical institutes, so as to undertake the integration task between the medical system of the unit or the region and the electronic health card system, also carry out different kinds of medical applications as well.
