(Cell 185, 4770–4787.e1–e8; December 8, 2022) We overlooked a related study that was published during the revision of the manuscript. This study visualized tubulin within immunoprecipitated TRiC complexes using cryo-EM and found partial tubulin density within the TRiC chamber similar to what we observe in Figure 4A (Kelly et al, 2022). We have now acknowledged this study in the Discussion and have cited it accordingly. We apologize for any confusion this error may have caused.
