Bunny image and deer horn sign in heart failure; A Clue Not to Miss!

Heart failure carries significant morbidity and mortality and early diagnosis is of paramount importance. Clues from bedside examination and sonography can be quite valuable. Here we describe a case of RV cardiomyopathy where prompt diagnosis was made with help of point of care ultrasound.
