Back Cover In article number 2200646, Lee, Wang, and co-workers present solid-state molecular photodiode devices constructed by forming van der Waals heterojunctions with standard molecules and a 2D semiconductor. Depending on the molecular dipole moment directions, the interfacial band alignment with WSe2 can be modulated, leading to the opposite change of both rectifying and photo-responsive characteristics. Furthermore, they exhibit significantly enhanced photo-responsive performances compared with other molecular or 2D photodiodes at a similar scale.
