The sixth generation (6G) wireless communication system puts forward higher requirements for positioning performance to achieve centimeter-level (cm-level) high-precision positioning performance and integration of sensing and communication (ISAC). The received signal strength (RSS) fingerprinting-based positioning technique is a widely used scheme to locate user equipment (UE) in cellular networks. However, traditional RSS fingerprinting-based scheme do not consider the ISAC performance, and the positioning accuracy is limited since the RSS values of neighboring locations may be similar. In this paper, we propose a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-aided positioning scheme that exploits the diversity provided by RIS to improve the accuracy of the RSS fingerprinting-based indoor positioning, which requires the RSS from only one access point (AP). Furthermore, by using the proposed near-field multi-focal focusing method, it can ensure the communication performance of the target UE and support the high-precision positioning of other UEs, simultaneously. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of our proposed scheme, achieving cm-level positioning performance at a cost of reducing the average throughput by only about 10
