Getting to Outcomes® Operations Guide for U.S. Air Force Community Action Teams

This guide will lead the user through the ten steps of Getting To Outcomes (GTO) to assist with the planning, implementation, evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and sustainability of U.S. Air Force Community Action Plans. Each chapter in the guide contains blank tools for that chapter's GTO step and detailed instructions for completing the tools.
