Non-operative management of clinical early-stage endometrioid endometrial carcinoma: Hormonal or radiation therapy?

Radiation therapy is recommended for patients with clinical early-stage endometrial carcinoma who are not operative candidates, while hormonal therapy can be considered for select patients. We aimed to investigate the outcomes of these modalities using a large hospital-based database.
