In recent years the approach to lymph node evaluation in endometrial carcinoma (EC) consists of identifying and evaluating sentinel node (SLN). This study aimed to assess the long-term outcomes and prognosis of the SLN procedure compared to full lymph node dissection (LND) in EC patients.
