Investigating barriers to care in the management of endometrial cancer in a regional cancer center

Treatment of endometrial cancer typically requires multiple modalities over several months. Adherence to such treatment regimens at an increased distance from care may become a hindrance and may affect outcomes. Our study aimed to determine specifically what effect distance had on patient outcomes based on several key factors, namely stage at diagnosis and ability to complete treatment.
