Background: Mohs Micrographic Surgery (MMS) is the most used tissue sparing surgical technique to remove Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC). This study examines the feasibility of using a Reflectance Confocal Microscopy-Optical Coherence Tomography (RCM-OCT) imaging device to identify thin BCCs amenable to laser ablation.
