摘要
•Temperature-response characteristic endows excellent fire safety performance of PC/BCuPP nanocomposites.•BCuPP nanosheet has strong interfacial interaction with PC, ensuring efficient stress transfer.•In-situ formed BPO4 can fix phosphorus compounds and capture pyrolysis products.•The resultant PC-3BCuPP displayed 59% decrement on PHRR and 43% decrement on TSP.
