Effects of pre-exposure duration and temperature on interfacial Diffusion-Induced fatigue life degradation of MCrAlY-Coated single crystal superalloys

•The fatigue life was tested with different pre-exposure durations and temperatures.•Life degradation is significant when pre-exposure temperatures is higher than 850 ℃.•A unified fatigue life model was proposed, considering different pre-exposure conditions.
