摘要

•A standardized conduction disturbance algorithm post-TAVR promotes early discharge.•30-day safety outcomes were similar to patients without conduction disturbances.•Patients with conduction disturbance: 30-day new PPI higher (28.1% vs 1.5%, P <.001).•No patients had sudden cardiac death during the 30 days of follow-up.
