摘要
Laser Surface Micro/Nano-Structuring A thin frost layer is preliminarily formed by condensation of ambient water vapor onto the cooled workpiece surface with a temperature below freezing point. When a femtosecond laser is focused onto the frost-covered surface, the local frost layer around the laser spot melts into water film, enabling high-quality surface micro/nano-structures on both plane and curved surfaces at high laser fluences. See article number 2201924 by Wenhai Gao, Kai Zheng, Yang Liao, Yuxin Leng, and colleagues for more details.
