Patient experience and user experience of bilateral hypoglossal nerve stimulation in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea

Bilateral hypoglossal nerve stimulation (biHNS) is an alternative treatment option for patients with moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The aim of this study was to examine the patient-related experience, therapy adherence, daytime sleepiness and snoring after implantation of the bilateral UAS.
